With over 36 years of commercial real estate experience, David Henzlik has been an integral part of Link Property Advisors, bringing unparalleled expertise in development, acquisitions, and leasing. David’s career began in St. Louis at the Leo Eisenberg Company, one of the nation's largest shopping center developers. He then advanced to serve as Director of Leasing for JDN Realty Corporation in Atlanta, a REIT specializing in grocery-anchored and value-oriented retail projects. During his 13 years at JDN, David managed an 11.1-million-square-foot portfolio across 19 states, forging lasting relationships with national retailers and delivering exceptional results.
Following DDR's (now Site Centers Corp.) acquisition of JDN, David founded Henzlik Company Real Estate Services, where he honed his expertise in developing and managing retail and mixed-use shopping centers. At Link, David applies his vast knowledge and proven track record to guide clients through every aspect of the real estate process. His ability to listen, problem-solve, and execute with precision has made him an invaluable asset to the team.

He and his wife Andrea, a successful Atlanta-based interior designer, have been married for over 36 years and share pride in their four children—Morgan, Taylor, Coleby, and Shae—and three grandchildren, Tolliver, Wade, and Poppy. Outside of his career, David is an accomplished Xterra triathlete, Ironman competitor, and Eagle Scout, embodying dedication and perseverance in all aspects of life.
